The LC-AUD-150P is an integrated ultrasonic cell disruptor with the soundproof enclosure built into the main unit. It is designed for cell disruption, sample homogenization, emulsification, and related ultrasonic processing. A centralized microcomputer controls ultrasonic output, pulse intervals, power, time, and sample temperature. The 7-inch TFT touchscreen clearly displays operating parameters and system status. Automatic frequency tracking maintains operation within the specified frequency range. The compact titanium-alloy probe uses a high-efficiency transducer designed to reduce heat generation. The instrument includes LED illumination, an automatic lifting platform, and ultraviolet sterilization. Automatic horn recognition, fault alarms, overload protection, and overtemperature protection improve operating reliability. Up to 20 programs can be stored for repeatable experimental procedures. The removable acrylic viewing window supports convenient observation and cleaning.
