Lactococcus Lactis Dye-Based qPCR Kit, 50 Tests/Box (CAT#: STEM-SLSR-0639-ZJF)

Highlights

Kit components are pre-prepared; users only supply DNA.
Primer design targets conserved elements for accurate identification.
High-performance sensitivity for trace detection.

Cat Number: STEM-SLSR-0639-ZJF

Application: For qualitative and quantitative analysis of Lactococcus Lactis

Model: 24603

Description

This real-time PCR detection kit is based on SYBR Green fluorescence chemistry and is intended for the analysis of Lactococcus Lactis nucleic acids. Primers targeting conserved regions enable specific amplification. During the reaction, fluorescent signals are emitted and continuously tracked by the system, providing reliable, real-time quantification and identification of the target sequence.
