ATEX Explosion-Proof Vacuum Pump is manufactured by Cole-Parmer. This product is designed to meet your chemical resistance needs. Three materials of head/diaphragm wetted parts including PVDF-coated aluminum, solid PTFE resin and 316 stainless steel. The PTFE heads are made of solid PTFE. The diaphragm is coated with a thick PTFE-resin for the best resistance to the toughest corrosive vapors. The heads are made of 316 stainless steel for smooth surfaces, leaktight and occlusion-free.
