Description

The KJ832-1 is a disposable consumable designed for use in in vitro fertilization (IVF), intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), and broader assisted reproductive technology (ART) procedures. It is manufactured from polystyrene (PS) or polypropylene (PP) meeting USP Class VI biocompatibility requirements, processed in a 100,000-class cleanroom dedicated to ART-grade consumables. The product has been evaluated by third-party testing in accordance with Quality Management Standard 10993 biocompatibility standards and confirmed to be free of embryotoxic substances. ART culture dishes are available in multiple configurations including standard round dishes, multi-well dishes with specialized well geometry, and central-well dishes for different embryo manipulation protocols. The flat optical base of culture dishes provides distortion-free viewing under inverted microscopy, which is essential for precise micromanipulation during ICSI and embryo assessment. The dish lid incorporates a ventilation design that maintains gas exchange for CO2-buffered culture media while providing physical protection against airborne contamination. Micromanipulation needles (injection needles, holding pipettes, denudation pipettes) are manufactured by precision glass drawing to achieve the exact tip geometry required for different ART micromanipulation tasks. Collection containers for follicular fluid, oocytes, and semen are manufactured to specific volume and material standards to support aseptic collection and handling at the point of retrieval. The product is registered as a Class II medical device in accordance with applicable national medical device regulations for ART consumables. All products are intended for single use and must be handled in accordance with biosafety guidelines and the specific protocols of the ART laboratory.
