Isolated Tissue Perfusion System, model 820MO is manufactured by RWD Life Science Co.,LTD
The DMT isolated tissue perfusion system is used to study the contractile function of smooth muscle, skeletal muscle and cardiac muscle tissue. In a controlled environment, the isolated tissue is maintained in a constant-temperature oxygenated buffer solution to maintain activity, and the tension changes during the contraction and relaxation of the tissue are measured by an isometric tension transducer.
The rectangular chamber shape is made of acid-resistant stainless steel, which prevents lipids from adhering to the surface.
The aluminum and stainless steel in the chamber do not require detailed cleaning procedures and can withstand heavy use.
This DMT organ bath is ideally suited for use in conjunction with the automated buffer filling system - 625FS, making it ideal for work requiring high-throughput screening, such as drug testing or experiments that require isolation of tissue preparations in a single bath.
