The isolated microvascular pressure myography system-112PP is used to simulate the physiological environment in the body in vitro and study the structure and function of isolated microvessels (diameter >40 μm) under simulated physiological conditions. By measuring changes in the inner and outer diameters of microvessels, the physiological functions of blood vessels and the pharmacological mechanisms of drugs are reflected. The system can simulate the pulse beating in the body, with a pulse frequency of 50 to 600BPM, and a maximum pressure difference of 60mmHg between both ends of the blood vessel.
The center of the bathtub is made of medical-grade acid-resistant stainless steel, which is acid-resistant and corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and has a long service life.

The dedicated MyoVIEW software measures and saves blood vessel diameter and other data in real time.
