The XH-800B is an intelligent microwave digestion system with dual control of temperature and pressure. It is designed for environmental waste degradation and general sealed vessel digestion work. A professional 2450 MHz microwave source provides 1600 W of input power and 1200 W of output power into a 42 litre multimode cavity. The cavity houses a ten position rotary turntable holding 100 ml digestion vessels made of PEEK material. Temperature is measured by a PT1000 titanium alloy platinum resistance sensor with a working range up to 260 degrees Celsius. Pressure is measured by a piezoelectric ceramic sensor with a range up to 10 MPa and a maximum working pressure of 6 MPa. The control system monitors both parameters continuously and regulates them automatically when the set values are reached. The temperature measurement channel responds within 5 ms, which supports timely power adjustment during digestion. A single channel temperature and pressure control system designed for parallel operation is supplied as standard. Air cooling maintains stable operation during extended digestion runs.
