The Intellicyt HyperCyt Liquid Handler rapidly acquires samples from a multi-well microplate to perform high-throughput flow cytometry. As a modular add-on for new or existing flow cytometers, the HyperCyt System is designed to acquire samples in a variety of 96- and 384-well microplates.

Sampling volume: Sampling volume is user adjustable using HyperCyt Autosampler Software and is determined by the time the probe remains in the well or tube and the speed of the peristaltic pump.
Carryover: Carryover is sample and sample size dependent. Typical results are: 1-2% ± in no rinse format. HyperCyt is compatible with all 96 and 384 well microplates. However, it is advisable to verify the optimal plate for your applications.
