The TES-2 is a laboratory integrated automatic electrospinning system designed for performing controlled laboratory electrospinning. It combines a high-voltage source, dual-channel syringe pump, rotary collector, reciprocating nozzle, chamber environmental control, and automatic exhaust. A PLC and touch-screen interface coordinate motion, feed, voltage, calibration, temperature, humidity, and protection functions. The universal collector support accepts drum, plate, parallel-electrode, water-bath, rod, continuous, and yarn collection devices. The nozzle carriage returns to its reference position at startup and follows programmable travel settings. Internal air circulation, refrigerated dehumidification, and bubble humidification establish controlled chamber conditions. A transparent pump door, magnetic cushioned access door, and adjustable observation light support routine setup and monitoring. The system can be placed on a laboratory bench or mounted on a wheeled floor stand.
