The New Brunswick INNOVA 4400 Series is a high-capacity, stackable shaker for growing large numbers of cultures in laboratories where space is premium. A unique, front-opening door lifts out the way, further reducing space requirements while providing easy access to all glassware indoors. The INNOVA 4400 shaker provides incubation and the INNOVA 4430 shaker adds refrigeration.

The INNOVA 4400 series has a wide temperature range, the temperature range of the 4400 shaker is from 5°C above room temperature to 80°C, while the temperature range of the 4430 shaker is 15°C below room temperature, with a minimum setting of 4°C . In addition, the New Brunswick system has individual speed and temperature controls for each shaker, allowing different protocols to be performed. A powerful heater and fan also provide rapid heating (3°C to 9°C/min, depending on chamber load).

The New Brunswick INNOVA 4400 Shaker System allows stacking of up to 3 independently controlled shakers, one after the other in a footprint similar to that normally occupied by a single shaker. The unit has a very solid construction to ensure safe stacking without vibration. For added flexibility, the INNOVA 4430 shaker can be upgraded with optional programmable temperature and agitation timers, photosynthetic light library, and anaerobic culture gas sink.
