G-Biosciences immobilized O-phosphorylated ethanolamine is used for the purification of calcium-binding C-reactive proteins such as canine C-reactive protein and human C-reactive protein. Immobilized O-phosphoethanolamine can also be used as an alternative to p-phosphorylcholine agarose, which is used for the purification of C-reactive protein (CRP). Immobilized O-phosphoethanolamine is more economical compared to p-phosphorylamidocholine agarose.
