HSGPFP High Temperature Hydrophobic PTFE Gas Sterilizing Filter (CAT#: STEM-BC-0029-ZJF)

HSGPFP is a hydrophobic PTFE gas sterilizing filter designed for sterile gas inlet and exhaust filtration. It uses a PPS support layer to improve high-temperature resistance compared with standard support structures. The membrane remains hydrophobic under dry or humid conditions to support sterile gas filtration. It is suitable for fermentation tanks, storage tanks, mixing tanks, sterile packaging gas, compressed air, nitrogen, and corrosive gas filtration. The filter includes polypropylene housing components and optional 316L stainless steel or PBT interface liners. It supports repeated online steam sterilization and high-pressure steam sterilization. Each filter is integrity tested before shipment and can be tested during use. The design provides bacterial and aerosol phage retention performance for gas filtration applications.
