The HR-NANO is a high pressure homogenizer for micro-sample processing and dispersion. It uses reciprocating plunger motion to move material through an adjustable homogenizing valve. The sample is subjected to compression, impact, cavitation, and shear effects inside the valve area. This helps disperse agglomerates and generate more uniform suspensions. The system is suitable for Escherichia coli, yeast, insect cells, and similar biological samples. The minimum capacity is 15 mL for small-volume workflows. A hygienic pressure sensor supports pressure monitoring during operation. The standard chiller provides external temperature-control support for sensitive samples.
