Horizontal Steam Sterilizer WY Series, 115-138°C (CAT#: STEM-AL2-4131-ZJF)

The WY horizontal steam sterilizer is a cabinet-style system for controlled saturated-steam processing. It uses a horizontal circular double-layer inner chamber to support insulation and drying performance. A disc-type interlocking structure works with motorized locking to secure the door. Pneumatic sealing provides controlled closure during the sterilization cycle. The system includes an integrated steam generator rather than relying on an external steam source. A touch-screen HMI and microcomputer control system manage program selection and operating parameters. Sterilization effectiveness is supported by F0 monitoring together with temperature and time control, with cycle data retained for traceability. The unit is intended for fabric, instrument, liquid, Bowie-Dick, pressure-hold, and user-defined sterilization programs.
