Description

The hollow fiber tube humidifier is designed to maintain high proton conductivity in fuel cells by ensuring proper hydration of the proton exchange membrane. It uses hollow PES fibers with super-hydrophilic modification to achieve high water vapor permeability. The PES material provides corrosion resistance, high temperature tolerance, and mechanical strength up to 300 kPa. The housing is made of glass-fiber-reinforced PPO, with CAE-optimized flow channels to maximize H₂O displacement efficiency. The fiber structure minimizes O₂ permeation, enabling water recycling within the fuel cell stack. This ensures stable operation and prevents membrane dehydration.
