HM-48S Tissuelyser Noise Reduction Model, 48 Samples (CAT#: STEM-AL-0400-ZJF)

The HM-48S is a noise-reduction tissuelyser for high-throughput tissue grinding. It uses vertical reciprocating vibration with grinding beads for impact, shear, and homogenization. The system can process 48 samples in a short grinding cycle. Closed sample tubes help prevent cross-contamination during sample crushing. The touch-screen operation interface allows grinding time and frequency settings to be configured. The full metal body and working chamber safety lock support stable and safe operation. Adapter pre-cooling with liquid nitrogen can be used when low-temperature grinding is required. The low-noise design keeps operation below 55 dB for routine laboratory use.
