The BIO-30 is a high-speed rotor-stator homogenizer for tissue disruption, dispersion, and emulsification. Samples are circulated through the narrow gap between the moving rotor and stationary stator, where high shear breaks down material. Interchangeable dispersing heads allow the instrument to handle different liquid sample volumes and processing tasks. The system is suitable for biological tissue homogenization, cell disruption, emulsification, nanomaterial dispersion, and chemical processing. A variable-speed drive allows the operator to adjust shear intensity to the sample. The dispersing head uses corrosion-resistant metal construction with a fluoropolymer bearing for laboratory use. Timed operation supports repeatable processing cycles. The compact bench configuration is intended for routine laboratory homogenization and dispersion workflows.
