High-Precision Online Refractometer MSDR-SH20, Brix Accuracy ±0.1% (CAT#: STEM-AL-7023-ZJF)

The MSDR-SH20 is a high-precision online refractometer for liquid concentration measurement over a comparatively narrow Brix range. It measures Brix, refractive index, and temperature within a fixed process installation. The sensing section operates by immersion in the monitored liquid. Its measurement configuration is intended for applications where concentration resolution and accuracy are important within the stated range. Threaded, flange, and clamp connections are supported for integration with process equipment. Analog output can transmit a signal corresponding to the Brix concentration. RS485 is provided for digital communication with external monitoring equipment. The measuring section has a protected construction for use in wet process areas. The sensor combines concentration measurement, temperature measurement, and process signal output in one online device.
