Description

The DBT-RH-WIII is a fully automatic laboratory glassware washer designed for repeatable cleaning of reusable laboratory vessels. It uses a circulation spray system to deliver wash liquid through compatible racks and internal spray paths. The front-loading chamber supports configurable basket arrangements for different vessel shapes and sizes. A microcomputer control system manages washing, rinsing, temperature control, and programmed cycle execution. The operator interface supports program selection, parameter adjustment, and cycle-status monitoring. An electronically controlled self-closing door remains secured during operation and high-temperature stages. Flow, liquid-level, and overtemperature protection functions monitor the cleaning process. Network and data interfaces support program updates, remote operation, and retrieval of cleaning records. Validated filtration, residue-control, and optional sterilization configurations support cleanliness-critical laboratory workflows.
