Description

Optimized for high-throughput and research applications, this kit uses SYBR Green dye-based real-time PCR for the detection of Hepatitis B Virus Genus Universal. Amplification of the target gene leads to fluorescence emission, which is monitored in real time. This allows for effective and reproducible detection of target nucleic acids across a range of experimental conditions.
