HB-80A-HB-100B Steam Sterilizer, 105-143 °C is designed for steam sterilization of liquids, solids, culture media, instruments, and laboratory waste. The sterilization temperature range is 105 to 143 °C, with a stated maximum design temperature of 148 °C. A 40 cm diameter chamber provides space for varied sterilization loads. Microprocessor control monitors chamber temperature and pressure and automates the sterilization cycle. Six preset programs cover liquid sterilization and warming, solid sterilization and drying, agar melting and warming, and waste treatment. Saturated-steam monitoring tracks cold-air removal to support an effective steam environment. The chamber is designed for 0.35 MPa and is hydrostatically tested at 0.44 MPa. A configurable cooling-lock opening temperature, automatic exhaust control, and access levels support safe operation.
