The HB-20B is a corrosion-resistant vacuum diaphragm pump for handling corrosive gas media. It is a two-stage pump with PTFE gas-contact components. The pump is suitable for oil filtration, vacuum distillation, rotary evaporation, vacuum concentration, centrifugal concentration, and solid extraction. The dry diaphragm structure avoids water or oil contamination in routine laboratory use. PTFE pump head materials and PTFE-coated diaphragm construction support chemical resistance. A vacuum regulator and gauge support vacuum adjustment during operation. The direct-drive motor design supports low noise and low vibration. Overheating protection stops the unit automatically when internal temperature is too high and restarts after cooling.
