Description

This assay kit applies SYBR Green dye-based real-time PCR to amplify and detect Group A Beta-Hemolytic Streptococcus nucleic acids. Specific primers are designed to target conserved regions of the target gene. Fluorescence signals emitted during amplification are recorded in real time, supporting accurate identification and measurement of Group A Beta-Hemolytic Streptococcus in experimental and routine laboratory settings.
