GMO Element pUbi Probe-Based qPCR Kit, 50 Tests/Box (CAT#: STEM-SLSR-1223-ZJF)

This kit adopts probe-based real-time fluorescent PCR technology. Specific primers are designed to target highly conserved regions of the pUbi transgenic element gene. Using fluorescent PCR, the assay enables in vitro amplification and detection of the nucleic acids of the pUbi transgenic element. In the presence of the target nucleic acid template, the PCR reaction proceeds and generates fluorescence signals. The instrument monitors and records the fluorescence intensity in the corresponding channel in real time during the PCR process, allowing for qualitative and quantitative analysis of the detection results.

Note 2: Reagents in the kit are sufficient for the number of tests indicated on the label.
Storage Conditions and Shelf Life:
-20°C ± 5°C, protect from light, avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles (less than 7 times); shelf life is 12 months.
Applicable Instruments:
Compatible with real-time PCR systems including ABI, MX3000P/3005P, LightCycler, Bio-Rad, and Eppendorf.
Additional required equipment: DNase/RNase-free 1.5 mL centrifuge tubes, 0.2 mL PCR reaction tubes, filter tips (10 µL, 200 µL, 1000 µL), centrifuge, vortex mixer, and pipettes of various capacities.
Sample Requirements:
Depending on circumstances, use intestinal tissue from dead or culled cattle under sterile conditions. For live animals, samples may include whole blood, serum, plasma, feces, vomit, oral/nasopharyngeal/respiratory secretions, throat/nasal/ocular/anal swabs, or viral cultures.
Cross-contamination must be avoided. Samples should be tested promptly after collection or stored at -20°C ± 5°C. For long-term storage, samples should be kept below -70°C.
Sample Storage and Transport:
Short-term: Store at -20°C.
Long-term (up to 6 months): Store below -70°C.
Transport using 2-8°C ice packs. Repeated freeze-thaw cycles are strictly prohibited.
