G-Sep™ Propyl Agarose is 6% cross-linked agarose with propyl. It is suitable for hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC) separation or purification of biomolecules based on their relative hydrophobicity.
G-Sep™ Agarose for HIC can also be immobilized on 6% cross-linked agarose beads with hexyl, butyl, octyl and phenyl groups.
