The forced air drying oven dries and heat treats material in a fan circulated chamber. Uniform air movement means that items placed on different shelves reach the same condition within a short time. Typical work includes drying laboratory glassware, conditioning samples and heat treatment of non volatile material. The working range reaches two hundred and fifty degrees, which covers most everyday drying tasks. This version belongs to the smallest capacity band in the group, so it takes up little bench space. The chamber comes to the set condition quickly because the volume to be heated is small. It suits day to day drying of flasks and small metal parts rather than full loads. The cabinet is vented so that moisture released by the load can leave the chamber during the run.
