The FLB-1C is a wider air shower for controlling contamination at cleanroom entry points. It is designed to remove dust from personnel or goods before they enter a clean area. Clean filtered air is delivered through nine nozzles within the enclosed passage. The chamber accommodates two people with single-sided air showering. Its extended internal width provides additional standing and transfer space. The air-supply system starts automatically when the outer door is opened. Users can set the shower duration from zero to sixty seconds. An optional electronic interlock reduces the risk of simultaneous door opening and uncontrolled airflow between areas. The corrosion-resistant color-coated steel enclosure supports repeated use in cleanroom facilities.
