The FLB-1A is a compact air shower installed between clean and non-clean areas. It removes dust carried by personnel or goods before entry into a controlled environment. Clean filtered air is directed through multiple nozzles to reduce contamination transfer. The unit is configured for one person with two-sided air showering. Its compact dimensions provide flexibility where passage space is limited. The air supply starts automatically when the outer door is opened. The shower duration can be adjusted from zero to sixty seconds. An optional electronic interlock can prevent both doors from opening simultaneously and reduce air convection. The color-coated steel enclosure provides corrosion and aging resistance for routine cleanroom use.
