Filter Fan Unit RETURN AIR manufactured by Exyte provides air filtration for cleanrooms with turbulent air flow. The unit is suitable for the equipment of entire cleanroom facilities. Integrated return-air reduces the the raised-floor height up to 50%. The unit is especially designed for cleanrooms with large spaces. Cleanroom classes 5.0 to 8.0 according DIN EN ISO 14644-1 can be achieved. AC or EC Motors are availabe.
