FFU Standard Type fan filter units manufactured by Air Clean Deviser Taiwan Corp. provide air filtration for cleanrooms from class 1 up to 100,000 and can be set at individual areas.
DC Type units use DC brushless frequency converter motors. So they have superior features of energy efficiency and low noise level.
The ceiling back is a low-pressure area, so there is very little chance of leakage.
By arranging the layout of the unit, it is possible to use a bay method or a through-the-wall method.
Each area can be set to receive a certain volume of air.
The arrangement of the units allows for flexible expansion or modification of the cleanroom.
