The Water Bath Fat Analyzer is commonly used in food, oil, and feed industries to measure fat content using the gravimetric method based on the Soxhlet extraction principle. The system consists of three main components: heating & soaking extraction, solvent recovery, and cooling. Fat is dissolved in organic solvent, separated via extraction, and then dried and weighed to determine the fat content. The heating temperature is adjustable based on reagent boiling points and ambient conditions. The sample undergoes repeated soaking and extraction for rapid and accurate fat analysis.
