Fast Microseq™ 500 16S rDNA PCR Kit, Veriti Thermal Cycler, model 4370489 is manufactured by Thermo Fisher Scientific. The Fast MicroSEQ® 500 16S rDNA PCR kit uses Applied Biosystems' new rapid technology. It only takes 5 hours to identify clones using Applied Biosystems® 9800 Fast PCR instrument to produce results. The kit is also compatible with GeneAmp® PCR System 9700. After using this kit, you need to use the MicroSEQ® 500 16S rDNA Seq kit to complete the gene sequencing part of the experiment. The two kits are used together to help you amplify and sequence the 500 base pairs in the 16S rRNA gene, and then compare it with the MicroSEQ® ID analysis software 16S rDNA 500 library to obtain feature matching. This kit does not contain experimental protocols and rapid reference chips.
