Excesal™ CHE High-Retention Clarification Filter, Nanofiber PP (CAT#: STEM-BC-0208-ZJF)

The Excesal™ CHE clarification filter uses an inner nanofiber layer to provide very high particle retention. Its two-layer gradient structure increases filtration precision layer by layer, supporting high dirt-holding capacity and long service life. It is suitable for pre-filtration of fermentation broth, serum, blood products, colloidal liquids, and viscous process fluids. The filter is available in standard cartridge and capsule configurations for flexible process integration. It is manufactured with polypropylene wetted components and supports multiple sealing materials. Quality control includes 100% integrity testing, unique serial number traceability, and Quality Management Standard 9001:2015 production management.
