The Embedding Center YD-6LA is a paraffin embedding workstation for forming tissue blocks after processing. The heated paraffin reservoir, work area, and dispensing point support controlled wax handling. Warm storage areas keep molds and cassettes ready during the embedding procedure. The cooling section or local cold spot supports rapid solidification after a specimen is oriented in the mold. Operator controls allow temperatures and scheduled operating times to be set for routine laboratory use. The display provides direct monitoring of the main heated zones. Integrated lighting, tool-heating positions, and wax collection features support an organized work area. The system is intended for histology and pathology laboratories preparing paraffin blocks for microtomy.
