Edwards Dry Scroll Vacuum Pump is manufactured by Cole-Parmer. Oil-free pump operation eliminates the downtime and cost caused by oil changes and discards. The XDS series pumps have bearing covers that prevent the vacuum environment from contacting with all forms of lubricants, making them completely dry and providing protection for the bearings against any process gases.
