DURAN® Desiccator Base, With Ring-Grooved Flange, DN 200, DWK Life Science (CAT#: STEM-GLE-2459-LC)

DURAN® Desiccator Base manufactured by DWK Life Science is made from borosilicate glass 3.3. The sieve plate made of metal or porcelain is used for the placement of substance to be dried. The drying agent introduced into the lower part of the desiccator base is used to bind the moisture of the substance. A vacuum can by applied via a shut-off valve connection to accelerate the evaporation of liquid. The surface grinding of the desiccator is well greased to facilitate loosening of the lid.
