This atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer is designed for trace elemental analysis of samples that form hydrides, gaseous species, or atomic vapor. It supports determination of the listed arsenic, germanium, selenium, lead, bismuth, tellurium, tin, antimony, cadmium, zinc, mercury, and gold analytes. The instrument uses a dual-peristaltic-pump sampling system to deliver reagents and samples to the reaction and atomization path. A dual-channel optical arrangement permits simultaneous multi-element measurement and can be extended to additional channels as described in the source. Lamp identification, pulsed excitation, and channel-interference control are integrated into the measurement sequence. Gas-liquid separation and the quartz-furnace atomizer manage the reaction stream before fluorescence detection. Software functions cover instrument initialization, condition recall, measurement control, cleaning assessment, spectrum storage, and result output.
