The DS-50EX is an explosion-proof drying oven for heating materials in hazardous laboratory and production areas. It supports drying, curing, baking, and other constant-temperature processes. Flameproof and intrinsically safe electrical components are combined to minimize ignition hazards. A safety barrier isolates the temperature sensor from the hazardous environment. The LCD controller uses PID logic to maintain stable temperature with low fluctuation. Forced circulation distributes heated air through the chamber for faster and more uniform drying. The 304 stainless-steel interior includes adjustable shelf positions and rounded corners. Self-diagnostics, overtemperature protection, timed operation, and stored parameters improve reliability and ease of use.
