The DS-420EX is a high-capacity vertical drying oven for hazardous-area thermal processing. Its 429 L chamber accommodates large quantities or tall materials. Explosion-proof electrical construction reduces ignition risk when operating around flammable gas mixtures. Passive switches, flameproof components, and intrinsically safe circuitry support secure control. PID temperature regulation maintains stable operation from ambient plus 10°C to 250°C. A forced-air duct system circulates heated air rapidly through the tall chamber. Thick flame-retardant insulation and a silicone composite door seal reduce heat loss. The stainless-steel chamber, mobile caster arrangement, alarms, and automatic heating cutoff support practical production use.
