The DS-30EX is an explosion-proof forced-air oven for laboratory drying, curing, baking, and heat-treatment processes. It is designed for use with flammable materials or in environments containing potentially explosive gas mixtures. Composite flameproof and intrinsically safe electrical technology reduces the risk of sparks during operation. The microcomputer PID controller displays the set temperature, actual temperature, holding time, and heating status. Forced-air circulation directs heated air uniformly across the loaded samples and shortens drying time. The 304 stainless-steel chamber has rounded corners for corrosion resistance and convenient cleaning. Flame-retardant glass-fiber insulation and a heat-resistant silicone seal reduce heat loss. Automatic self-checking, temperature correction, timing, parameter memory, overtemperature alarms, and heating cutoff support safe operation.
