Dried Blood Spot Autosampler Chronect DBS, 96 Cards / 384 Samples (CAT#: STEM-AL-9734-ZJF)

The Chronect DBS is a dried blood spot autosampler for automated dried-blood-spot extraction and online LC-MS sample introduction. The autosampler automates dried-blood-spot sample preparation and online flow-through desorption. The source lists capacity for 96 DBS cards corresponding to 384 sample spots. Interchangeable sealing clamps are available in 2, 4, 6, and 8 mm sizes. A visual camera reads barcodes, captures card images, and locates individual spots. Automatic internal-standard addition is integrated before or during extraction. Heated desorption and automatic flow-path cleaning are included to improve recovery and reduce carryover. The platform can be expanded to online DBS-SPE-LC-MS/MS workflows.
