Cabinet Design:
Corrosion resistant all-304 stainless steel surfaces resists most harsh chemicals and alcohol-based cleaning agents, won’t produce contaminants during sterilization.
Uses partial seam welds – not suitable for biological applications.
Door Design:
Door Interlock automatically engages when one side is open, to prevent other side.
304 stainless steel reinforced access doors extend cabinet's service life and improve rigidity for a tight seal.
Santoprene® “e”-shape non-outgassing rubber gasket firmly compresses to eliminate leaks. The one-piece resilient rubber gasket maintains its shape after compression and won't flatten, warp, crack, or degrade like ordinary foam gasket. Gasket is also mechanically attached to the door frame to avoid adhesive failure common with gasket tapes.
Locking handles feature heavy-duty steel bolts that extend vertically through the door to firmly shut the cabinet and ensure the doors do not accidentally creep open.
Chemical-resistant, static-dissipative PVC windows prevent static-clinging of particulates.

WhisperFlow® Cleanroom FFU mounted above cabinet provides avg. velocity of 90+ FPM, airflow of 640+ CFM at Medium speed. Three speed settings (Low/Medium/High) simplify air balancing.
Single pass HEPA-filtration adds another layer of protection against contamination for materials being transferred. Slightly pressurized cabinet prevents outside air from leaking in. The bottom floor of the cabinet is perforated to optimize vertical laminar airflow.
High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filter removes contaminating particles of 0.3 um or larger at 99.99% efficiency. Leak tested IEST Type J HEPA filter (exceeds EN1822 H13 classification) and meets UL 900.
