diSPIM – Dual Inverted Selective Plane Illumination Microscopy, Applied Scientific Instrumentation (CAT#: STEM-LE-1603-Y)

The Rapid Automated Modular Microscope (RAMM) System is manufactured by Applied Scientific Instrumentation, with a light sheet scanner, piezoelectric objective positioner and camera on both sides. A stack of images can be collected from two views to produce a 3D data set with isotropic resolution.

Both XY and Z resolution are very good.
The combination of speed and resolution is unsurpassed by live cell imaging.
