The DGL-50G is a 50 L vertical steam sterilizer with programmable drying capability. It is suitable for medical, academic, pharmaceutical, clinical, biological, food, and chemical laboratories. The unit sterilizes instruments, dressings, glassware, solutions, and culture media with saturated steam. Its outer housing, pressure chamber, and loading baskets are made from 304 stainless steel. The microcomputer controller uses PID logic and automatic heating-parameter tuning for stable operation. Operating values are shown on the LED panel and pressure gauge. A self-expanding silicone gasket provides dependable sealing and long service life. The safety valve releases excess pressure automatically if the chamber pressure exceeds the specified limit. Low-water detection stops heating and provides audible and visual warning. Adjustable drying, automatic exhaust, and natural cooling modes support different post-sterilization requirements.
