DGL-35X Internal-Circulation Vertical Steam Sterilizer, 35 L and 134°C (CAT#: STEM-BC-3944-ZJF)

The DGL-35X is a vertical saturated-steam sterilizer with internal steam circulation. It is designed for sterilizing medical instruments, dressings, liquid preparations, and laboratory glassware. The outer housing, chamber, and loading basket are made from 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance and convenient cleaning. A microcomputer controller with PID regulation provides rapid heating and accurate temperature management. The LED display and pressure gauge present operating parameters clearly. A pressure-sensitive interlock prevents the lid from opening while the chamber is pressurized and blocks operation when the lid is not secured. Low-water and wastewater-tank high-level protection stop heating and activate audible and visual alarms. The internal-circulation system prevents steam from being discharged directly outside the unit. An integrated drying function reduces residual moisture on sterilized items, while the RS232 interface supports connection to a thermal printer.
