DeRoyal Dorsal Night Splints manufactured by DeRoyal feature a unique design made of thermoplastic to keep the foot in a 90 degree neutral position. The Dorsal Night Splints applies prolonged low stretch to address disorders such as plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, tendonosis, drop foot, and post-static pain. DeRoyal Night Splints feature neoprene calf and foot straps with hook and loop closure to prevent migration. The non-skid transfer surface allows for safe ambulation as needed; however, it is not designed for walking on slippery, uneven surfaces or outdoors. The low-profile design allows for a cooler, more comfortable fit and the plastic free bottom increases comfort and patient compliance. Plantar Fasciitis Splints are universal for right or left, latex free, and available in two size options.
