Description
The DAC-LXGP-C2 is a preparative high-performance liquid chromatography system for small- and medium-scale purification. It integrates two multi-plunger constant-flow and constant-pressure pumps. A dual-wavelength ultraviolet detector provides online monitoring across ultraviolet and visible ranges. Dynamic or static mixers can be selected for mobile-phase preparation. A manual injection valve accepts several optional sample-loop volumes. The modular construction reduces installation space and simplifies maintenance. Automatic method, manual operation, and commissioning modes support different workflow stages. Conventional and biocompatible versions can operate with normal-phase or reversed-phase solvent systems. Multilevel user permissions, data traceability, and data-security functions support regulated operation.
