The DAC-LXEx-C2 series is an integrated preparative high-performance liquid chromatography system. It combines dual- or triple-head plunger pumps with an automated valve-control network. A dual-wavelength ultraviolet detector provides online monitoring of chromatographic separations. The chromatography workstation controls data acquisition, liquid-path switching, and product fraction collection. Programmable logic control supports stable pump operation and coordinated system automation. Operating parameters can be entered through the touchscreen interface. The system supports normal-phase and reversed-phase solvent processes. Conventional and biocompatible configurations are available for different product-contact requirements. Pressure protection can automatically stop the pump when the configured limit is exceeded.
