The DAC-LX system is designed for industrial-scale preparative liquid chromatography using controlled gradient elution. It integrates a constant-flow delivery pump, detector, injection valve or feed pump, control system, and process valves. Servo-motor pump control provides stable flow during extended production runs. High-pressure piping and durable valves support repeated operation with reduced maintenance requirements. The compact mechanical and electrical layout minimizes installation space. Dual-wavelength ultraviolet detection monitors compounds across ultraviolet and visible wavelength ranges. The system provides degassing, online filter switching, column bypass, and forward or reverse column flushing. Multiple wetted-material options support conventional, biocompatible, and corrosion-resistant process configurations. The system is designed for quality manufacturing standard-oriented manufacturing and can be supplied with explosion-proof protection.
