The DAC-LX system is designed for industrial preparative chromatography with high-pressure gradient elution. It integrates two high-pressure delivery pumps, an optional feed pump, detectors, automated valves, and a central control system. Servo-motor pump control supports stable flow during extended processing. High-pressure piping and durable valves are selected for repeated production operation. The compact mechanical and electrical arrangement reduces the required installation footprint. Dual-wavelength ultraviolet detection provides online monitoring across ultraviolet and visible ranges. The workstation controls gradient formation, fluid routing, detection, and collection. Degassing, online filter switching, column bypass, and forward or reverse column flushing are integrated. Multiple product-contact materials support standard, biocompatible, and corrosion-resistant processes.
